Seasonal service terms:
Monthly pricing is based on a full-term contract running from
November through April. Plans cannot be prorated or cancelled before
the season ends. A visit represents one completed arrival and
snow-removal service during a qualifying storm event. An extended
storm, repeated accumulation, drifting, or a customer-requested
return trip may require additional visits. For example, an 8-inch
storm may generate multiple service visits.

When does Arvella provide snow-removal service?
Service is triggered when accumulated snowfall reaches 2 inches or more at the property. Service timing may vary depending on the length and severity of the storm, route conditions, and safety.
What does one visit mean?
A visit represents one completed arrival and snow-removal service during a qualifying storm event. A prolonged storm, repeated accumulation, drifting, refreezing, or a customer-requested return trip may require additional visits. An 8-inch storm, for example, may generate multiple service visits.
What areas are included with snow-removal service?
Standard snow-removal service includes the contracted driveway, the front sidewalk, and the front steps. Walkways leading to the backyard, backyard patios, and all areas behind the front of the house are not included.
Is salting or de-icing included?
Salting and de-icing are additional services and are not included in the standard Lite or Premium plans unless specifically stated in writing. Pricing generally ranges from $30–$50 per application, depending on the type of salt or de-icing material used, property size, and site conditions.
How does the seasonal contract and monthly pricing work?
Monthly pricing is based on a full-term contract running from November through April. The seasonal agreement cannot be prorated, and customers may not cancel before the winter service term ends. Full contract terms, payment requirements, and cancellation policies are provided before service is confirmed.
What happens during freezing rain or icy conditions?
Snow removal and ice treatment are separate services. Salt or de-icing may be recommended after freezing rain, refreezing, or other icy conditions and will be priced separately.
Do you service every nearby suburb?
Arvella is currently focused on Burr Ridge, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, Willowbrook, Darien, and nearby western suburbs. Availability depends on route capacity and the property's location.
What if my driveway is blocked?
Customers are responsible for keeping contracted service areas reasonably accessible. Vehicles, trailers, basketball hoops, trash bins, and other obstacles may limit or delay service.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Arvella responds to calls, texts, and quote requests within 24 hours.
